3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly.

Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

4. Fees and Payments

Payment terms are outlined in individual agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Invoices are payable within the specified payment period;
  • Work may commence after receipt of the agreed deposit;
  • Late payments may result in project suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

Again Again Agency retains ownership of:

  • Preliminary concepts and unused designs;
  • Internal methodologies, processes, and know-how;
  • Third-party tools, frameworks, and licensed materials.

6. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Again Again Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable client agreement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
